Are your products customizable?

Yes, all VILLA Interiores products can be customized in size, materials, and colors. If your desired customization goes beyond what our website allows, contact us — we will be happy to guide you and provide the best possible options for your items.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. If you wish to make changes after receiving this confirmation, please contact us to see if it is still possible. As items are made-to-order, some changes may not be possible after confirmation.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay using all options available through the website checkout. Alternatively, you can email us, and we will provide bank transfer details.

What is the estimated production time?

Since most of our products are made-to-order, they may take up to 4 weeks to be ready, depending on the time of year. If the production time does not meet your needs, please contact us for a more precise estimate.

Do you have products in stock?

We keep very few items in stock and focus on made-to-order production. In most cases (around 95%), products are produced only after an order is placed.

Where are your products made?

All VILLA Interiores products are made in Portugal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide directly from Portugal. If you would like delivery outside of Portugal, please contact our team so we can provide the best possible shipping quote.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

All shipments leave our facilities in perfect condition and are insured. Customers are responsible for checking the packaging upon delivery and should only accept it if it is in proper condition. This ensures that any damage during transit is covered by the carrier. These instructions are always provided at the time of order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted only if there is proof of production damage. Customers have 14 days from delivery to contact us regarding the issue.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, except in cases of proven production damage.

Do you offer special prices for professionals (interior designers, studios, décor shops, etc.)?

Can I see your pieces in a showroom?

Currently, we do not have a showroom, but you can contact us, and we will recommend the nearest partner where you can view our products.
